The Tri-Pak Beaded Accumulator Conveyor is a specialized infeed conveyor designed to control the spacing and flow of watermelons entering a weight classifying machine. Positioned directly upstream of the classifying system, the conveyor allows operators to hold product back manually while the sorting machine processes each melon, ensuring accurate weight readings and consistent classification.

The conveyor features beaded roller attachments mounted on offset roller chain on 2-1/2" centers. The beads allow operators to gently press or hold individual melons while the chain continues to advance, providing a simple and effective method of controlling product spacing without stopping the conveyor or interrupting the line.

Built from stainless steel throughout, the unit includes guide rails along both sides to keep melons centered on the conveyor path, a worm gear reducer drive for consistent speed control, and an oil catch pan under the reducer. Available in single or three phase motor configuration as specified at time of order. Standard length is 12 feet with 12" usable width.
