The Tri-Pak Bin Chain Conveyor is a heavy-duty transport conveyor engineered to move full or empty macro bins throughout post-harvest produce handling operations. Designed for high-load applications, the system provides dependable bin transfer between major processing equipment including stackers, bin dumps, and bulk handling stations.

The conveyor utilizes dual strands of heavy-duty RC-60 or RC-80 chain running along each side of an approximately four-foot-wide frame to support and transport loaded macro bins with stability and consistent movement. A hydraulic drive system powers the conveyor and is designed for operation with an external hydraulic power unit.

Most commonly integrated between stacker systems and bin dump equipment, the Bin Chain Conveyor can also function as a standalone transfer conveyor for customers integrating with existing processing equipment or expanding current line layouts.
