The E-85 Ice Crusher Slinger is a powerhouse when it comes to converting either large block ice or bagged ice into consistent flake ice for commercial applications. A whopping 75HP electric motor drives the output impeller to sling flake ice up to 80 feet away, while a smaller 10HP electric motor drives the crusher drum and infeed chain to draw in and chew up massive 300-lb blocks of ice before being further pulverized by the slinger portion.

Large scale ice crushing is the core design feature of this model. In lieu of 300-lb ice blocks, an optional hopper can be attached to the infeed to allow the dumping of bagged ice or input from an overhead ice flume.

The E-85 is engineered to deliver reliable, repeatable performance in industrial or commercial locations that have access to a 3-phase 200A power supply.  Each motor is managed with a soft-start controller to help prevent large spikes in power usage during startup and under intermittent heavy loads.
