The Tri-Pak PLC Control System provides centralized automation and machine control for individual equipment as well as complete turnkey post-harvest processing lines. Designed around industry-proven Allen-Bradley PLC hardware, each control panel is custom engineered to match the equipment it serves, providing reliable operation, intuitive controls, and the flexibility to accommodate future system expansion.

Every control system is designed and programmed in-house to manage machine startup and shutdown sequences, motor control, safety interlocks, and process automation. Depending on the application, panels may incorporate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motor contactors with overload protection, timed battery backup systems, and a wide range of industrial control components to support hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrically driven equipment throughout the packing line.

Control panels are housed in NEMA 3 or IP65-rated enclosures and are available in either painted mild steel or stainless steel construction to suit the operating environment. Operator interfaces may include door-mounted touchscreen HMIs, dedicated pushbuttons, selector switches, indicator lights, or a combination of interface styles to provide straightforward operation and rapid system diagnostics.

While supplied as standard equipment on many of Tri-Pak's larger machines and complete turnkey systems, our PLC Control Systems are also available as custom-built panels for integrating new or existing equipment.
