The D-100 Ice Crusher Slinger is a high-output diesel-powered system engineered for large-scale ice processing in locations where electrical infrastructure may be limited or unavailable. Combining crushing capability with long-range discharge performance, it is built to handle demanding industrial and remote applications.

An approximately 109HP diesel engine powers the impeller assembly, enabling flake ice discharge distances of up to 120 feet through the Spiralflex hose and patented icing nozzle. Auxiliary power drives a hydraulic motor that operates the crusher drum and infeed chain, efficiently drawing in and breaking down 300-pound ice blocks prior to final pulverization in the slinger section.

A distinguishing feature of the D-100 is its adjustable output particle size. A flow-control valve regulates infeed speed, allowing operators to fine-tune flake characteristics from small hail-like chunks to slush-style flakes to fine powdered snow. This flexibility enables adaptation to varied environmental and operational requirements.

As with the E-85, an optional hopper attachment can replace block feeding to accommodate bagged ice or overhead flume input. The standard frame rides on hard rubber wheels suited for finished floors, but the wheels can be removed for trailer or flatbed mounting to support mobile deployment.
