The Tri-Pak Wash Flume is a large-capacity warm water dump tank and flume system designed for tomato and produce washing and receiving operations. Built from heavy-gauge stainless steel, the system uses recirculating heated water to gently transport and sanitize produce from the receiving dump point through the washing zone to the elevator discharge, providing a continuous, temperature-controlled wash environment.

Constructed from 10-gauge 304 2-B stainless steel throughout, the flume can be configured for a double dump setup with a "Y" section that joins product from two separate dump sources into a shared wide tank section. The system includes double elevator compartments, a wide return water compartment, rinse pumps, and cross spray manifolds for thorough produce coverage. Strainer sock assemblies and adjustable overflow fittings with 6" butterfly drains manage water level and debris throughout continuous operation.

Water heating is provided by Maxon 2.5 million BTU modulating burners with controls and 10" diameter Schedule 40 stainless steel firing tubes submerged in the tank. Two 15 HP recirculating pumps maintain consistent water circulation throughout the flume, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and steady produce flow from dump to elevator discharge.
