Integrated directly into the overhead buffer brush unit, the system meters sealing wax onto the brush surface where it is evenly transferred to produce as it passes through the brushing stage.

A hydraulic wax pump driven by a high-efficiency motor supplies wax from the onboard reservoir through a 60-inch applicator bar mounted inside the overhead buffer brush unit. Individual injector nozzles are equipped with adjustable volumetric metering pumps, allowing operators to fine-tune wax output across the width of the brush to achieve uniform coverage while minimizing waste and overapplication.

System operation is managed through a PLC-based control package with integrated electrical controls, pressure monitoring, and overpressure protection for reliable continuous-duty operation. A heated wax supply maintains proper material viscosity for consistent flow and application throughout production cycles.
